12月4日に野沢温泉村内でツキノワグマによる人身被害が発生したことを受け、長野県は北信地域に「ツキノワグマ出没注意報」を発令していました。
この注意報は、本日12月12日に解除されます。

なお、熊の被害発生後は、野沢温泉村役場に村長を本部長とする「野沢温泉村熊対策本部」を設置しました。猟友会・警察・学校関係者・長野県をはじめ、さまざまな団体の協力のもと、路上の巡回警戒やSNSを活用した情報提供・警戒活動を行ってきました。

注意報の解除後も、安全確保の取り組みは続きます。
村では、12月19日まで巡回パトロールを実施しますので、引き続きご協力をお願いいたします。

これから冬眠期に入る熊への警戒は、なお重要です。以下の点を村民へ周知しています。

　⚫︎生ごみは必ず密閉し、屋外に放置しないでください。

　⚫︎ゴミの処理は決められた収集日・方法に従ってください。

　⚫︎熊を引き寄せるおそれのある餌（食べ残し・果物・ペットの餌など）は、屋内に収納し、放置しないでください。

　⚫︎外出時には、熊の出没が多い場所を避け、周囲の様子に注意してください。

地域の安全を守るため、年齢や性別にかかわらず、皆さまのご協力が不可欠です。分からないことやご心配な点がありましたら、野沢温泉村役場までお気軽にお問い合わせください。

Following an incident on December 4th where a Japanese black bear caused injury to a person within Nozawa Onsen Village, Nagano Prefecture had issued a “Japanese Black Bear Sighting Advisory” for the Hokushin region.
This advisory will be lifted today, December 12th.
Following the bear incident, the Nozawa Onsen Village Office established the “Nozawa Onsen Village Bear Countermeasures Headquarters,” headed by the Village Mayor. With the cooperation of various organizations, including the Hunting Association, Police, school officials, and Nagano Prefecture, we have conducted road patrols and provided information and warnings via social media.
Safety measures will continue even after the advisory is lifted.
The village will conduct patrols until December 19th, so your continued cooperation is appreciated.
Remaining vigilant towards bears entering hibernation is still crucial. The following points are being communicated to residents:
　⚫︎ Always seal food waste tightly and do not leave it outdoors.
　⚫︎ Dispose of garbage according to the designated collection days and methods.
　⚫︎ Store food that may attract bears (leftovers, fruit, pet food, etc.) indoors and do not leave it out.
　⚫︎ When going out, avoid areas with frequent bear sightings and remain alert to your surroundings.
